STRUCTURE OF HUMAN CHITOTRIOSIDASE
The structure was published by Fusetti, F., Von Moeller, H., Houston, D., et al., Boot, R.G., Aerts, J.M.F.G., and Van Aalten, D.M.F., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Structure of Human Chitotriosidase - Implications for Specific Inhibitor Design and Function of Mammalian Chitinase-Like Lectins" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.35 Å and deposited in 2002.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
