The structure was published by Arold, S.T., Ulmer, T.S., Mulhern, T.D., et al., Ladbury, J.E., Campbell, I.D., and Noble, M.E., in 2001 in a paper entitled "The role of the Src homology 3-Src homology 2 interface in the regulation of Src kinases." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 2000.
