THIAMIN PHOSPHATE SYNTHASE
The structure was published by Peapus, D.H., Chiu, H.J., Campobasso, N., Reddick, J.J., Begley, T.P., and Ealick, S.E., in 2001 in a paper entitled "Structural characterization of the enzyme-substrate, enzyme-intermediate, and enzyme-product complexes of thiamin phosphate synthase." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2000.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
