CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF FRAGMENT DOUBLE-D FROM HUMAN FIBRIN

The structure was published by Everse, S.J., Spraggon, G., Veerapandian, L., and Doolittle, R.F., in 1999 in a paper entitled "Conformational changes in fragments D and double-D from human fibrin(ogen) upon binding the peptide ligand Gly-His-Arg-Pro-amide." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.0 Å and deposited in 1998.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
