The structure was published by Campbell, R.E., Mosimann, S.C., Tanner, M.E., and Strynadka, N.C., in 2000 in a paper entitled "The structure of UDP-N-acetylglucosamine 2-epimerase reveals homology to phosphoglycosyl transferases." (abstract).
