STRUCTURAL INSIGHTS INTO PHOSHOINOSITIDE 3-KINASE ENZYMATIC MECHANISM AND SIGNALLING

The structure was published by Walker, E.H., Pacold, M.E., Perisic, O., et al., Hawkins, P.T., Whymann, M.P., and Williams, R.L., in 2000 in a paper entitled "Structural Determinations of Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase Inhibition by Wortmannin, Ly294002, Quercetin, Myricetin and Staurosporine" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2000.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
