TERNARY COMPLEX OF SACCHAROPINE REDUCTASE FROM MAGNAPORTHE GRISEA, NADPH AND SACCHAROPINE

The structure was published by Johansson, E., Steffens, J.J., Lindqvist, Y., and Schneider, G., in 2000 in a paper entitled "Crystal Structure of Saccharopine Reductase from Magnaporthe Grisea, an Enzyme of the Alpha-Aminoadipate Pathway of Lysine Biosynthesis" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.1 Å and deposited in 2000.
