REFINED STRUCTURE FOR THE COMPLEX OF 1-DEOXYNOJIRIMYCIN WITH GLUCOAMYLASE FROM (ASPERGILLUS AWAMORI) VAR. X100 TO 2.4 ANGSTROMS RESOLUTION

The structure was published by Harris, E.M., Aleshin, A.E., Firsov, L.M., and Honzatko, R.B., in 1993 in a paper entitled "Refined structure for the complex of 1-deoxynojirimycin with glucoamylase from Aspergillus awamori var. X100 to 2.4-A resolution." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 1993.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of GLUCOAMYLASE-471. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P69327 (AMYG_ASPAW)search. The sample contained 470 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 470 residues 470 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
