CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE ZYMOGEN FORM OF STREPTOCOCCAL PYROGENIC EXOTOXIN B ACTIVE SITE (C47S) MUTANT

The structure was published by Kagawa, T.F., Cooney, J.C., Baker, H.M., et al., Gubba, S., Musser, J.M., and Baker, E.N., in 2000 in a paper entitled "Crystal structure of the zymogen form of the group A Streptococcus virulence factor SpeB: an integrin-binding cysteine protease." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.6 Å and deposited in 1999.
