CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF HUMAN PROCATHEPSIN X: A CYSTEINE PROTEASE WITH THE PROREGION COVALENTLY LINKED TO THE ACTIVE SITE CYSTEINE

The structure was published by Sivaraman, J., Nagler, D.K., Zhang, R., Menard, R., and Cygler, M., in 2000 in a paper entitled "Crystal structure of human procathepsin X: a cysteine protease with the proregion covalently linked to the active site cysteine." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7 Å and deposited in 1999.
