Active Site S19A Mutant of Bovine Heart Phosphotyrosyl Phosphatase

The structure was published by Tabernero, L., Evans, B.N., Tishmack, P.A., Van Etten, R.L., and Stauffacher, C.V., in 1999 in a paper entitled "The structure of the bovine protein tyrosine phosphatase dimer reveals a potential self-regulation mechanism." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 1999.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
