HEMOGLOBIN (ALPHA V1M) MUTANT

The structure was published by Hui, H.L., Kavanaugh, J.S., Doyle, M.L., et al., Holt, J.M., Ackers, G.K., and Noble, R.W., in 1999 in a paper entitled "Structural and functional properties of human hemoglobins reassembled after synthesis in Escherichia coli." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.59 Å and deposited in 1998.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
