BETA-GALACTOSIDASE (CHAINS A-H)

The structure was published by Jacobson, R.H., Zhang, X.J., DuBose, R.F., and Matthews, B.W., in 1994 in a paper entitled "Three-dimensional structure of beta-galactosidase from E. coli." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 1994.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
