DRUG-PROTEIN INTERACTIONS: STRUCTURE OF SULFONAMIDE DRUG COMPLEXED WITH HUMAN CARBONIC ANHYDRASE I

The structure was published by Chakravarty, S. and Kannan, K.K., in 1994 in a paper entitled "Drug-protein interactions. Refined structures of three sulfonamide drug complexes of human carbonic anhydrase I enzyme." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 1993.
