EXONUCLEASE III FROM ESCHERICHIA COLI

The structure was published by Mol, C.D., Kuo, C.F., Thayer, M.M., Cunningham, R.P., and Tainer, J.A., in 1995 in a paper entitled "Structure and function of the multifunctional DNA-repair enzyme exonuclease III." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.7 Å and deposited in 1997.
