CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE TANDEM SH2 DOMAIN OF THE SYK KINASE BOUND TO A DUALLY TYROSINE-PHOSPHORYLATED ITAM

The structure was published by Futterer, K., Wong, J., Grucza, R.A., Chan, A.C., and Waksman, G., in 1998 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for Syk tyrosine kinase ubiquity in signal transduction pathways revealed by the crystal structure of its regulatory SH2 domains bound to a dually phosphorylated ITAM peptide." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.0 Å and deposited in 1998.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
