CALMODULIN-DEPENDENT PROTEIN KINASE FROM RAT
The structure was published by Goldberg, J., Nairn, A.C., and Kuriyan, J., in 1996 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for the autoinhibition of calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase I." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 1997.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of CALCIUM/CALMODULIN-DEPENDENT PROTEIN KINASE. This molecule has the UniProt identifier Q63450 (KCC1A_RAT). The sample contained 332 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 332 residues 273 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
