Structure data selection

This service is based on 81756 PDB entries loaded in the PDBe database.

Select a data type from 1 of the 4 drop down lists and click [Show distribution]

To select a data range: Use a mouse click and drag action to select a region from a distribution, or click a pie segment. The data range will be added to the table

Repeat for different data types from the drop down lists, to create a list of restrictions

You can change the range for a data type at any time

You can remove a data restriction from the table by clicking the Field line of the table

Use [How many entries] to find what data is left using the restriction you set; the table will fill with the entry list

Use [Get] to download this list
