Protein databank in Europe SIFTS mapping data service

This service provides cross references between protein structure data and other databases. The PDBe group runs a collabroative project with UniProt where all the structures are sequence aligned each week to determine SIFTS mappings to UniProt ID, and then on to all the related sequence databases. This service provides a search interface to this SIFTS mapping data. If you have a PDB ID code and what to find what the mapping to other data is then use the upper search box. If you have a Uniprot (or other) ID code / organism name and want PDB ID codes are referenced then use the lower search set.
