SQL query system for the PDBe database

This service is based on 81756 PDB entries loaded in the PDBe database.

[Show Table] Pick a table from the list for a quick table view

[Submit SQL] write your own SQL query (select only)

Limit the number of rows viewed with the row limit (max = 2000)

Change the time limit on a query with time limit (max = 600)

Use [Get] to download data to a browser window as text/XML the last SQL submitted

The [Get] has no row limit so use [Count] to check how much data will be downloaded

Drag the header bar dividers to change the table column widths

Click the header labels to sort table rows as ascending/descending alternately

Selecting an ID code from a table will open an atlas page

Selecting a table name from the table summary will show that table

Use SHIFTclick on a header label to launch new view for table analysis of all the data in that column.
