Bush Baby - Otolemur garnettii
Common Shrew - Sorex araneus
Microbat - Myotis Lucifugus
European hedgehog - Erinaceus europaeus
The sequence and assembly are provided by the Broad Institute,
these are low coverage genomes ranging from 1.5x to 1.9x coverage.

can download the genome sequence from our ftp
site. We have also released a Pre-Ensembl database where
you can browse the sequence together with alignments from different
sources. Please note that these preliminary databases don't
feature a gene build. Subsequent annotations including the Ensembl
genebuild are ongoing and will be added as soon as they are

Draft mouse genome announced
EBI scientists and other members of the Mouse Genome Sequencing
Consortium have announced the publication of a draft sequence of the
mouse genome along with an analysis that compares it with the human
