The MSD group has moved to http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/ and changed its name to the Protein Databank in Europe (PDBe).

The MSD group has changed its name to the PDBe to reflect its close partnership with the wwPDB project. The services and tools will change their names to reflect this change but we will maintain all existing URL's to maintain external references to the MSD resource.
