It must return its submission within 72 hours the server crew downloading
the target files after the opening time of each CAPRI round. (we track download times and access to the targets)

Round8 is now closed.
Both Targets T22 and T23 have been cancelled except for the SERVERS.
Our sincere apologies that we failed to search google sufficiently for
the targets prior to the announcement as full details are available
on the web in PhD thesis reports.

The SCORING Part of Round8 will continue using at least the SERVER models
and will also allow us to perfect the mechanism for carrying out this part
of CAPRI rounds
