Round 5 CAPRI community wide experiment on the comparative
evaluation of protein-protein docking for structure
prediction

There are so far 6 confirmed target in CAPRI Round 5,
Target 14, Target 15, Target 16, Target 17, Target 18 and Target 19. Due to the
nature of these targets all target information will be withheld
until the start date Jan 19th 2004. At that date only the starting
coordinate files will be password locked. Registered participants
will be supplied with the password on Jan 19th.
Participants are reminded that all coordinates remain confidential
communications until released by the authors or the PDB
Please note T16 and T17 have been cancelled, see Target list
for details

The schedule will be:
start Round 5 of CAPRI on Jan. 19, 2004
Submission deadlines are Feb. 15 midnight UK time for Target 14
and March 21 midnight UK time for Targets 15, 18 and 19

Target 15 has been cancelled . Assessment of some prediction results
for Target 15 that have been submitted before cancelling (prior to March 11). Note
that these predictions will not be included in the over all analysis of performance of round 5.
