In this round CAPRI will offer 100th target for prediction - a milestone in CAPRI's existence

Registration start for all 4 targets:   Nov. 13th

Round 32 will have following targets :

Target 98-101 : protein-protein complexes

  • 13th Nov 2014 - Registration opens for Round 32
  • 17th Nov 2014 - Round 32 opens - Prediction of targets 98-101 (All four targets represent protein-protein complex)
  • 21st Nov 2014 - Deadline for server submissions
  • 10th Dec 2014 - Deadline for submitting predictions
  • 10th Dec 2014 - Scoring round uploader deadline
  • 12th Dec 2014 - Scoring round set available
  • 18th Dec 2014 - Scoring round submission deadline


    • The server deadline for all targets is four days (21st Nov 2014).

    SCORERS

    Scorers can download the server set of submissions from
    http://cb.iri.univ-lille1.fr/capri/ using the same login user/pass as distributed for Capri round32. Full details and deadlines are given on this site.
