Targets 04, 05 and 06 represent complexes between variants of the
camel antibody VHH domain with the pig alpha amylase
enzyme. In two of the targets (04 and 05) the interaction with the
enzyme does not involve the CDR's as expected for an Ab, but the
b-sheet on the flanks of the domain. Only target 06 features the
expected interaction via the CDR's.
Interestingly, predictions for this latter target were much more
successful than for the other two, possibly due to some bias
introduced by the predictors (or their programs) for involving the
CDR's. We will therefore re-visit the evaluation by considering
that the 2 modes of Ab binding (via the CDR's and via the B-sheet
flanks) constitute valid solution. The predictions for targets 04
and 05 will therefore also be compared to target 06 and
vice-versa.
These results are now avalaible for targets 04, 05 and 06.

Target 07 is a different system (T cell receptor beta chain complex with streptococcal pyrogenic exotoxin A), that involves a
typical antibody binding mode.
PLEASE NOTE: NEW DATA HAVE BEEN ADDED (rmsd's)
FOR TARGET 07 AND ALSO NEW FITS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED FOR THIS TARGET,
