Round 18 ID mapping from group number to Accessor Number for Target 40

Target 40
With two possible interfaces to prediction, there are two evaluations,
indicated as T40.CA and T40.CB. the sum of the two gives the cumulative
prediction, since the two interfaces are at opposite sides of the
receptor (ie (*) for CA can never also be (*) for CB).
The uploads are re-analysed to include results from Scorer 10 and corrected file from Haddock server that was not transferred properly for analysis the first time.None of the other results have been affected.
