Submitting Data to ArrayExpress

ArrayExpress accepts all functional genomics data, including sequencing and microarray-based data. To submit to ArrayExpress all you need to do is fill in a simple spreadsheet which our curators will assist you in doing.

Here are spreadsheet templates for sequencing and microarray data. Once completed, upload the spreadsheet along with your data files through our submission web page. Templates tailored to your needs can also be created on the submission web page.

Alternatively, small microarray experiments can be submitted using our online submission tool. Custom array designs can also be submitted using this tool.
