MUGEN - Submit Data

MUGEN data can be submitted to ArrayExpress in two ways:

• Affymetrix experiments can be submitted via the Genopolis Database and will be exported to ArrayExpress for curation.
• Affymetrix and non Affymetrix experiments can be submitted direct to EBI. A MIAME compliant spreadsheet submission system is suitable for large experiments > 30 hybridizations. More details on this below. Non gene expression data such as CGH or tiling path data is also accepted.

Array Submission

The array must be submitted before your experiment, commercial arrays are already available in ArrayExpress. If your array is not on this list and is commercial, then to have it added. If your array is home made please submit it via MIAMExpress as an ADF file. We will assign an accession number for you to reference in your spreadsheet. You will need to create an account in MIAMExpress to make the array submission.
