MUGEN - Get Data MUGEN data is submitted via EBI or Genopolis to ArrayExpress. A login will be assigned to each experiment for the MUGEN submitter and the data will be kept private for the submitter until they decide to release it to the entire MUGEN consortium. There is a dedicated user login and password for the MUGEN consortium to retrieve data. Please with your details and we will provide you with a private login. Some test data has been loaded into ArrayExpress - these data can be accessed using: login:mugen Query for E-MUGN-1, E-MUGN-2 or E-MUGN-3. |
