Welcome to the MUGEN NOE gene expression and annotation portal provided by the EBI Functional Genomics Team. The EBI is responsible for developing standards for gene expression data within the MUGEN project, data curation and ontology development. Data generated within the MUGEN NOE will be made available via ArrayExpress.
