CAGE

The EBI functional genomics team manages data for the Compendium of Arabidopsis Gene Expression (CAGE) plant developmental time series experiments. These data will become public on 1^st October, 2006.

The CAGE data have been submitted to the ArrayExpress database via the EBI's submission tools which are now being maintained for the plant community to use: At-MIAMExpress

At-MIAMExpress uses the following ontologies:

• Boyes Key - local implementation
• Plant Ontology
• MGED Ontology

CAGE data can be obtained from the ArrayExpress database by querying for E-CAGE* - this will return all publicly available data.

Access to the CAGE pre-processing pipeline is via ESAT.
