Equine (ELA) Sequences

Work is starting on including Equine sequences into the database. We aim to include a number of sequences from different equine species.

The foal in the picture is Brown Bear, MHC homozygous Thoroughbred stallion of the ELA-A2 haplotype, born in 1999 as part of the immunogenetics breeding program at the Baker Institute for Animal Health, College of Veterinary Medicine, Cornell University.
