Domain relationships

This is a cyclophilin-type peptidylprolyl cis-trans isomerase domain occuring with a C-terminal RNA recognition motif domain (RRM). It is found in a number of eukaryotic cyclophilins having the RRM domain, including the nuclear proteins: human cyclophilin-like protein PPIL4 [PMID: 11978968], Arabidopsis thaliana AtCYP59 [PMID: 16497658], Caenorhabditis elegans sig-7 [PMID: 27541139] and Paramecium tetrurelia Kin241. The Kin241 protein has been shown to have a role in cell morphogenesis [PMID: 11679083].
