LIM domain only protein 7 (LMO-7) contains a LIM zinc-binding domain and a PDZ domain. LMO7 is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and signaling [PMID: 15140894, PMID: 21670154, PMID: 17067998]. In humans it has several isoforms; isoform 2 and isoform 4 are predominantly expressed in brain [PMID: 9826547]. It may have roles in embryonic development and cancer progression [PMID: 17767364, PMID: 19035355, PMID: 19215226].
