Description

Antileukoproteinase (ALP) is an inhibitor of serine proteases that modifies immune functions [PMID: 17420780]. It suppresses the macrophage response and prevents D-GalN/LPS-associated intrahepatic inflammatory responses by inhibiting NFkappaB activity [PMID: 17420780].
