Abstract

Destabilase is an endo-epsilon(gamma-Glu)-Lys isopeptidase, which cleaves isopeptide bonds formed by transglutaminase (Factor XIIIa) between glutamine gamma-carboxamide and the epsilon-amino group of lysine [1].
