Reaction

Comments:

The plant enzyme also hydrolyses NAD+ and NADH; the animal enzyme hydrolyses NAD+ and CoA at about half of the rate of hydrolysis of FAD. May be identical with EC 3.6.1.9 nucleotide diphosphatase.
