Disseminating cutting-edge technologies to industry

EMBL-EBI stores, shares and analyses data produced by life scientists all over the world. Work with us to solve your data challenges.

Supporting small business

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) account for close to two-thirds of Europe’s employment and GDP. SMEs benefit from online and face-to-face bioinformatics training, as well as vital data and services offered through EMBL-EBI.

EMBL-EBI organises an annual forum and workshop series where SMEs can discuss common issues in bioinformatics and get up to speed with EMBL-EBI’s wide range of freely available resources, including web services.
