Version Report - 2.14.0 (2006-07)

Release 2.14.0 is the first to address the problem of representing alleles with aberrant splice sites to the reference sequence. We have previously not marked the exon borders for differently spliced alleles like A*0111N, A*03010102N, A*29010102N and B*44020102S. As a result of this in the current release the cDNA and protein sequences for the above alleles have been modified, for more details please see the Help Page on Splice Site Variants.
