Submitting data to ENA

The European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) operates as a public archive for nucleotide sequence data including raw sequence reads, assembly information and functional annotation. Data submitted to the ENA can be kept private until the associated work has been published. ENA will assign permanent accession numbers to all submitted data. These should be cited in all papers using the data as part of the analysis. Once public, all submitted data will be exchanged with the NCBI and DDBJ as part of the INSDC data exchange agreement.

For more information about the submission process please refer to the main submission page.
