EFO Semantic Web Project
The EFO Semantic Web project concerns the development of an RDF representation of gene expression experimental result sets from the Gene Expression Atlas and ArrayExpress to enable rich querying based on EFO. We are also integrating this data with RDF representations from the likes of UniProt, Reactome and CHEMBL.
We are currently redesigning our RDF representation of gene expression experimental results data. Our current interface for accessing this data can be found at the following URI: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/fgpt/atlasrdf/index.html
