04 November 2009 - CHEBI Release 62ChEBI release 62 is now available, containing 455,788 total entities, of which 19,236 are annotated entities and 607 were submitted via the ChEBI submission tool. With this release, we've incorporated the compound records from the ChEMBL dataset and introduced a starring system to identify core (3-star) annotated ChEBI entries from entries annotated by the ChEMBL project and ChEBI submitters. We've also upgraded our user interface, including using the JChemPaint applet for structure searching, more advanced options in the advanced search, and a new-look, neater home page. This is due to the integration of ChEMBL. However, due to logistics we have decided to move our release dates to the first Wednesday of every month instead of the last Wednesday of every month. Hence the next ChEBI releases are scheduled as follows: Release 62: 4 November 2009 Release 63: 2 December 2009 Release 64: 6 January 2009 etc... (1 comments) 07 October 2009 - ChEBI Release 61ChEBI release 61 is now available, containing 18933 annotated entities, with 413 of those submitted via the ChEBI submission tool. With this release, we've upgraded the engine behind the ChEBI structure search to use the OrChem Oracle chemistry toolkit (http://orchem.sf.net/). The additional data is coming in from the ChEMBL 26 August 2009 - ChEBI Release 60 with publicationsChEBI release 60 contains 18643 entities with 266 of those submitted via the ChEBI submission tool. ChEBI now includes publications referencing its entries. The next ChEBI release will be September 30th 2009. (S)he will annotate data provided from the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology (LIAI).
