Viral strain PRCII is CC less oncogenic than the related Fujinama sarcoma virus, which also CC contains v-fps. [1] found that the leftward junctions between fps CC and gag in the two viral strains are different. The right hand CC boundary of the insert has not been determined precisely and could CC be anywhere from base 1999 to base 2017. Three possible target CC sequences were found ('ctcg' at bases 303, 1999 and 2013).
