CC   This clone was identified and sequenced for the modENCODE project
CC   using a high-throughput targeted cDNA library screening process
CC   (Wan et al....). The sequence has been subjected to integrity
CC   checks for sequence accuracy, presence of a polyA tail and
CC   contiguity within 200 kb in the genome. Thus we believe the
CC   sequence to reflect accurately this particular cDNA clone. However,
CC   there are artifacts associated with the generation of cDNA clones
CC   that may have not been detected in our initial analyses such as
CC   internal priming, priming from contaminating genomic DNA, retained
CC   introns due to reverse transcription of unspliced precursor RNAs,
CC   and reverse transcriptase errors that result in single base
