CC   [ATGTGGCCTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT]; double-stranded cDNA was

CC   was performed to exclude fragments <1.5kb.The SfiI-digested
CC   PCR product was cloned into distinct DraIII sites of pME18S-FL3.
