XX CC A chromosomal region about 9 kilobase DNA fragment from CC Thermoactinomyces vulgaris R-47 including TVA II gene encoding CC Alpha-amylase II, was cloned and the nucleotides were determined. CC The nucleoide sequences data of TVA II and TGA genes have been CC previously deposited in GenBank with accession numbers D13178 and CC AB029554, respectively. The sequence fragment gene located CC upstream of the TVA II gene was determined on both strand CC (published only in Database). Its consisted of 5080 bp and CC revealed the existence of five completely open reading frames. CC This reported these open reading frame as ORF-1,ORF-2, ORF-3, CC ORF-4 and ORF-5, all of genes except ORF-4 were transcribed in the CC same direction.
