XX CC An S. pombe gene library in which genomic DNA fragments are fused CC to the 5'-end of the GFP-S65T gene was constructed. S. pombe CC strain was transformed with the library DNA amplified in E.coli. CC Plasmids of those transformants that showed interesting GFP CC localization were isolated, and their nucleotide sequences were CC determined.
