Patient-derived genome-scale metabolic models
|
This section, called patient-derived genome scale metabolic models (PDGSMM), hosts models of
metabolic pathways that are specific to individual patients. Models from this branch were built
using gene expression data from tissue samples extracted from patients. To know more about the
current available models in this section, please read the dedicated
Model of the Month article.
If you have generated similar models and wish to submit them to BioModels, please

Search models
Use the search form below to explore the models in the section.
- The keywords AND or OR (in upper cases) are available to refine the search.
By default, if more than one word is present in a query, OR will be used to combine them.
- Double quotes (") can be used to force the search engine to match a whole expression containing several words.
- If your search terms contain the colon character (:), it must be preceded by a backslash (\:) to prevent it from being treated as a special character.
- The default set of fields that are available for searching is
- modelId: the BioModels identifier assigned to a model
- name: the model name
- notes: the top-level description of the model
- disease: the type of disease associated with the model
- uuid: the GDC case universally-unique identifier
- sampleId: the GDC sample identifier
- primarySite: the primary disease site
- gender: the patient's gender
- diagnosisAge: the age of the patient when they were diagnosed
- More information about the supported search syntax is
available. Below are some example searches:
- MODEL17071100*
- disease:"Colon Adenocarcinoma"
- primarySite:colo?
- diagnosisAge:[40 TO 60]
