Tools

We are developing a workbench with tools related to alternative splicing. A prototype version of this workbench (wrapper to all tools) is available for use at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/asd-srv/wb.cgi?method=7. Individual analysis tools can be used at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/asd-srv/wb.cgi

A wrapper is available that passes queries to both the manually annotated AEdb databases and the computational generated AltSplice database.
